Tip #1: Expand on what you write – Each item may take as little as a paragraph or as much as several pages. Use as much space as you need to clearly capture your thoughts and ideas.
Tip #2: Do one worksheet for several different areas of life. For example, do one for RELATIONSHIPS and another for BUSINESS and yet another for HEALTH / FITNESS. Create your own categories based on your values.
Tip #3: Refer back to your Worksheet(s) daily to create your ACTION PLAN and be sure to focus on your PROGRESS.
